  • It depends on the test.

    Most tests will detect 25 mIU/mL of HCG, but some tests are as low as 10. They used to be 100, but I think most of them are 25 now.

  • same as above. Most pregnant women have an hcg level of 25 miu/ml at 10 days past ovulation, so it could very well be positive by then.
    First response advertises a sensitivity of 25 but it has been reported that it picks up hormone levels as low as 12 miu/ml
