How long will it take a hcg level of 60 to return back to 0 after a m/c?
On 12/21 i found out i was prego. My hcg level was a 60 Dr. said it was a m/c. On 1/20 hcg level was a 6. So could my level just not got back to 0 yet? Or could this be the start of a new preganacy? Would it take a hcg level which is very low that long to return to 0?

so sorry for your loss.i know how horrible it is.i had my first pregnancy in feb.07and my first m/c in march 07.i had the m/c on a sunday night and i went to the dr on wed afternoon when i got there my hcg was 300 by the time i left it was already down to 30.so maybe its different with everyone,but thats my experience…good luck in the future and wish you the best

It’s just not at 0 yet. It takes about a month for everything to go back down. Sorry for your loss.

Sorry about your loss.
It took about a month for HcG to drop to pratically zero. By the way, 6 is considered to be practically zero by most doctors (i.e. not pregnant), so you can start trying again after next period.
